When filming at the evening do at The Polish Club, the actual open day at Armandos Scooters, adjacent at Portland works and from The Florentine Pub, I made sure that I set up the appropriate equipment before taking the footage. This involved arriving at the venues a few hours prior to the events, and doing recces to work out the best camera angles and shots. With the help of my two camera assistants I set up the equipments at the locations. The camera set ups included one camera on a tripod and two handheld cameras, whereas the open day was a little bit more difficult to set up as there were various locations to film the event from. At the beginning of the day, the DSLR camera was set up on a tripod and captured an establishing shot of the event, one of the Sony cameras was handheld and the other was filming through a window at Portland Works. Before the ride out, I made sure that one of my assistants had one DSLR camera and one Sony camera set up capturing the scooters arriving at The Florentine Pub, and I made sure that my other assistant was set up with the other Sony camera and a tripod, capturing the scooters along the route. I filmed during the ride out using a GoPro camera with a stick attachment. The equipment I used included: 2 x Sony Camcorder Cameras 1 x DSLR Camera 2 x Tripods 1 x GoPro Camera & Accessories
